When one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, Sunway, asked if we would like to host a pre-public launch exclusively for our members we were of course delighted. When we found out that their latest development was called Vivaldi, there was only one venue we could choose – The Harbour Ballroom at the Four Seasons Hotel. Over 70 specially invited members joined us for this spectacular night as Sunway unveiled this new luxury condo in the heart of a vibrant international community of Mont’ Kiara.

Timed to correspond with one of the peak periods members invest in overseas properties, Millionaireasia carefully selected investment opportunities from across the region and brought them together exclusively for members at the Property Investment Exhibition and Seminar (PIES 2010).

The The Lord Mayor of Perth, Ms Lisa Scaffidi, along with key property developers and wine producers hosted an evening at the Grand Hyatt Residences designed to raise awareness for the wealth of investment opportunities that currently exist in booming Western Australia. Millionaireasia guests heard about a range of projects including inner city rejuvenation and luxury resort development opportunities on Rotnesst Island and Clairault winery on the Margaret River. Guests were also treated to the finest Australian food and and of course wine.

Selected Millionaireasia members from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing and Hong Kong enjoyed VIP Shopping Experiences in Hong Kong on the 12th and 19th of September. Guests enjoyed VIP treatment throughout the day with chauffeur driven cars at their disposal, champagne receptions, access to exclusive items and even a personal style advisor to help with those difficult decisions.

 Selected Millionaireasia members from Hong Kong and Southern China were invited to a private party at the new Salvatore Ferragamo boutique in IFC Mall. VIP guests were treated to an evening of champagne, fine chocolates and exclusive shopping privileges including first showings of no less than three new collections. Guests took full advantage, leaving with bags filled to the brim with the finest Italian shoes, scarves, ties and handbags.
